HomeworkNOW complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998

NO ADVERTISEMENTS! You will never find a 3rd party advertisement banner or pop-up on HomeworkNOW assignment pages. The per school fee funds HomeworkNOW so that advertisers do not have to. Compare our service to others which solicit you via email, post clunky advertisements which are visible by students, parents, and teachers, and promote 'education malls.'

No Student Information Stored: We do not require that students and parents register or pay to use HomeworkNOW. This way, no personal information on student/parents is kept in our system. This a major difference of other services, which require that students and/or parents register with personal information.

No Personal Teacher Information Stored: Other than a simple email address (and phone number per teacher request) we do not store any personal teacher information, including addresses and credit card info, in our system.

Secure Transactions: All payments are handled through SSL encrypted, secure, certified, 3rd party partners. Your transactions are never susceptible to intruders, and credit card / checking information is never stored in our systems.

Inactivity Timeouts: Our programs are designed to automatically log you out after various minutes of inactivity. Protecting your account should you mistakenly leave the teacher control panel screen open on your computer.

Published Privacy Policy: We enforce a published privacy policy.
